I've ordered a hard to find OTC joint supplement for several years from healthypets.com. Their price was typically best available and I never had a problem. This time, however, an issue with expiration date has been unresolved after 4 months of phone calls and emails. Last contact was with supervisor Shawn, who said money would be refunded to my credit card within a week. That was a month ago. I am disgusted.

No communication that items were not in stock. Took over a month to get my orders delivered. Had to call to find out where my items were. Yes we know stuff happens. First and foremost tell customers. Dont make the customer have to research their own items they paid for. Pretty bad.

Shipping rip off. Charged over $20 shipping for light weight products I ordered. What an inconvenience ,I had to call and point out the error wait for them to figure out what happened. THEN, they reduced the shipping to a reasonable cost. However, a respectable company would have said....we are so sorry for your inconvenience and waved the total shipping cost. Big biz always rips the little guy. Sad.

I received the vaccines and two of the vaccine bottles were shattered. I emailed the contact us email and have yet to hear a response. Disappointing. However the vaccines arrived cold, they were packaged really well. It's unfortunate for me two were broken. I may have to find a new place in the future to get my vaccines.

I paid extra money for a 4 day delivery. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order until the sixth day. My advice, don’t offer services if you cannot fulfill them. I’m a first time user to your site and will ultimately be my last. Have a nice day😊

The top of the jar was broken. It’s hard to get it closed but can be done. I worry about it drying up inside. The FUNNY thing——the broken part of top was NOT in the bag?..
