Headway has allowed me to finally realize my dream and practice independently. They are not only my partner in credentialing, billing, and working with insurance companies, but also my partner in building my practice (from their referrals). If wanting to break free of the scheduling confines and outdated "rules" of some psychiatric organizations, I highly recommend learning how Headway can become your partner. True, it will take work to start your own practice, but if I hadn't joined Headway after doing all the necessary front-end work, I wouldn't have the successful practice I have today. Terrible billing transparency and customer service. It is completely absurd to receive an adjusted bill more than a year after an appointment. Patients shouldn’t have to deal with retroactive charges popping up out of nowhere after months have passed. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to anyone who expects honest, timely billing
