I am a psychotherapist on Headway. Headway is supportive to its practitioners in a number of ways. Headway has high standards for client care. They do their best to get the practitioner and client the best rate. For awhile, I felt it was hard to get in touch but found this was not the case when i made my concern known to them.

Your company offers an array of therapists that fit a persons needs. I love that you check-in with the client every few months to see how they are progressing in their sessions and ask about how the client feels about their therapists counseling methods. I look forward to my weekly meeting with my therapist, Mr. Kyle Hargrove, because he is the best and has helped me to understand my feelings and emotions, and suggested coping skills I can use when I don't know how to handle stressful situations.

I love how easy it is to use. No more endless scrolling through directories or waiting on hold to find a good fit. With Headway, it's all right there at your fingertips.

Easy to talk with about any and everything. Great staff to process you in a very timely manner.

I'm torn. I like the look and feel of the website. I think the scheduling of virtual or in person meetings and virtual call quality is good. Perhaps I think some improvement on the payment/insurance side would make me more a 5-star review. I'd like to have the ability to upload more payment types--currently only allows you to save one credit card for example. Also, my workplace has an EAP with therapy sessions included. My provider using Headway accepts this type of coverage, however headway doesn't allow me to use them and that's how they do billing. I'm sure it is a headache working with the insurance companies, but I think those kinks should be worked out in a good application. I hope this review is useful for developers.

This is the second time I've had to pay additional on co-pays maybe you should wait a bit longer before billing patients to avoid this issue

My counselor is always so welcoming and supportive. I feel comfortable sharing without being pressured, judged or not heard. I have no problem getting an appointment that agrees with my schedule.
