Do not know what experience on 9-13 you are talking about, this needs to be stated. In general, Boundaries are a biggie in Psych field. I need my Ph.D. and experience respected and as I am the licensed one, do not appreciate the lack of that. I was threatened re allowing my CAQH access logs in shared, which finally a Headway credentialing person validated that I did not need to do - hipaa issue for ME & stored info there.

I have had opportunities to use many other platforms yet Headway is the one I use and will continue to use. I have minimal issues and when I do have a problem they are prompt to resolve it. I highly recommend this platform for clinical work. It is user friendly and very easy to learn.
