It is hard to get a timely answer from Support

Headway makes the credentialing process easy with insurance boards. This has been something very helpful for me starting off my private practice. There is no wait time with being paid as was my experience in the past. Along with the benefits there are some things that could make the experience helpful such as the payment amounts negotiated with insurance boards. It is unfortunate that particular insurances don't pay appropriate amounts for particular services. This would be something that I hope Headway would advocate for soon taking into consideration the amount of shortage in therapists for the need.

Now that I know to use Safari on my (Apple) laptop, the calls are going through fine. Everything works, so I can talk with my therapist for our time together each week. That’s what I’m here for!

My headway experience has been great because it allows me to focus on client care. Any questions and/or issues I've had are addressed quickly and competently.

Overall, I have had positive experience with this platform. The only thing I would change is that we need to have access to a live agent if it is absolutely necessary.

Amazing place to work!

Really MOSTLY love the platform. However, really hate the updates to the note (SOAP) template. There are some parts that were added that I think are great, for example the part where it addresses levels of consciousness. Other parts feel overly repetitive (ex: the sections on diagnosis, medical necessity, treatment plan could be consolidated imo...) tx plan could be better integrated into notes, for ex have goals addressed in session show up as a click option, with the option to "personalize" on how addressed in or out of session/progress. It would be nice if there were more ways to streamline/speed up note taking process, such as being able to pull over parts (issues specific to client that are ongoing in tx) through the tx weeks. Wish the notes didn't take so long now.... they used to take me under 10 mins and it was easier to get them done on time between sessions. Now that is no longer a possibility. It takes me 20 mins per now which is way too long, considering I'm not being paid for notes, and have to take on higher caseload (meaning even more 20 plus min notes) to pay my bills/survive as a business owner and CA resident, not to mention licensure maintenence.... its a lot. I've discussed my frustrations with other Headway colleagues who are similarly frustrated with the recent changes....we are considering other platforms if it doesn't improve, as the time and requirements for notes is just not sustainable. Please do fix this, I do otherwise love this platform, but the notes are an issue....
