They charge a $100 cancellation fee. I texted back the same number that texted me to confirm my appointment letting them know that I could not make my appointment for a morning work conflict. They still charged me. Then when I provided a screenshot of my text, they continued to argue for my $100. So I cancelled my membership. I will not recommend this company as they are completely unempathetic. Plenty of other ways to make therapy appointments.

Headway told my potential client that they take Magellan insurance and now they are saying the opposite. This seems like a bad system since I started care with the client and then had to stop care after the first session. When the client and I reqched out to Headway, we were given no support in getting this matter resolved.

Headway takes care of it all. Headway manages all the background parts of private practice while paying therapists a great wage.

This company will demand payment and then also submit claims to insurance months later. they will make no effort to refund the double payment. They also will lie and blame everyone else for their billing situations. They will demand documents that will do nothing to help. Not having a real contact number is frustrating and then when they email you back they will say please wait 72 business hours for an answer, which will end up being "sorry, we can't do anything" Never ever ever work with this company.
