The clothing is cheaply made and designed not to fit correctly. Then when you ask for a refund they talk you into getting a “complimentary” replacement or picking an item of the same price. However, they still make you pay a high shipping fee and the replacement item is even shittier. Do not buy from this company.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a dress and when o received it , the dress fabric was very very low quality and the fit was “irregular “ poorly made overall. . So , if I’m honest had the price point been much lower than the $93 I paid , I would not have been prepared for what I received. I requested a refund and the they offered to give me another item which obviously I would not want because I expect to receive another low quality poorly made item and so I declined. They then said I would have to pay for return shipping myself as they don’t offer that. I sent the dress back 3 MONTHS ago and sent them the tracking information . They are stating that they are following the return and cannot refund until they receive the item. I am now out $35 for shipping PLUS the $93. At this point I am disputing the charge with my CC . Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this site. It’s not worth the money or the time you will spend attempting to get a refund. As you could see they have responded with the same nonsensical response about “ looking into my order status “. The company has my information, email and all the necessary information and still has not completed my refund.

Ordered a dress on June 12th and it took 31 days to arrive, nearly triple the "10-15 business days" they advertise. Tracking was stuck for weeks and support gave me contradicting information the whole time (told my order had "shipped" while tracking still read "Order Ready"). When it finally showed up, it was balled up in the package with no real garment tag. The dress itself is nothing like the photos. It's advertised as a floor-length high-low style front and back — mine hits above the knee in front and only reaches my ankles in back. The fabric is sheer and cheap, the straps look like they'd fail within a day, and despite ordering a size large, I couldn't even zip it up. Worst part is the customer service. Every time I reached out, even during their listed business hours, I got an automated "we're out of office" reply. I opened a return/refund request over a week ago, sent the photos they requested within a day, and have followed up twice since with zero response. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

SCAM WEBSITE! The address shows to be based in California however the items I received are TERRIBLE quality compared to the product photos which leads me to believe that they source from overseas and severely up charge for the customer. This was confirmed once I received my package from a Chinese address. They also WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

The communication and website navigation was great! However the packaging for such a beautiful dress was less than satisfactory. It came bunched up in a clear plastic bag inside the shipping plastic bag. I would have expected that from Amazon maybe, but not a brand that presents itself as a decent semi luxury company.

Don’t purchase from here! The fabric is super cheap and my dress came ripped. Now I’m trying to return it and I have to pay for the shipping costs which are nearly 50% of the cost of the dresses! So so annoyed with this website.

If I could give this no stars I would. I ordered two of the same dress (different sizes cause I was not sure) for my cousins wedding. The back of the dress was not how it was pictured online and the dress was honestly poor quality for the money spent. I asked for a return and they gave me a hard time offering me partial refund or just simply a credit for the website I said no I want a full refund so I started the process sent the dresses back. It’s been over a month now (since May 26th, it is now mid July) and no money return. I got an email from them saying that “your order has been refunded” in the subject line….. the email had nothing to do with my order being refunded at all. It was just to get me to open the email and see whatever promotion they had. Disgusting. Don’t buy from this company it is a complete scam.

Catastrophique. La livraison est très longue, la qualité des vêtements est plus que mauvaise. La matière, les coupes, la taille, rien ne correspond. Site à fuir absolument.
