This is probably the worst scam I’ve ever experienced clothes shopping. I think I could’ve gotten a better dress from SHEIN. Don’t be fooled by their address being California, I looked it up and I think that building is just an unmarked office building or something. It’s basically a way for them to create the illusion that they’re a legit company based in Cali when they’re operating manufacturing and shipping from china. You can’t even read real reviews, everything on their website says 4-5 stars “from 542+ reviews” girl where because this is the link they directed me to when I asked customer service where can I write a review. Of COURSE it’s on some other website so you have to actually dig around for any real reviews. The dress came after 22 days of ordering which isn’t the worst but I found it was a scam around day 12. Immediately was expecting the dress to be a lesser quality than the picture, I also found the original listing for the dress (of course more than double the price) by reverse image searching. It was the Stevie- floor length, tiered, flowy dress just gorgeous. What I got was a polyester nightmare and it didn’t even go passed my knees. As a tall girl I pay attention to the measurements but I believe I could only find the model’s measurements so I sized up one from her based on her sizes. It wasn’t even tight it was just a mini dress on me. And the quality of the stitching was horrendous. Now I have to rush to find a wedding guest dress in like a week. I’m not even going to TRY to attempt to get a refund based on other reviews. I am so disappointed. I’m reporting to the SEC.

DO NOT ORDER FROM this company! They sent me a damaged dress and refused to refund me even with photos. They said “it’s still wearable” with a huge stain on the front. My only option was to pay $$ to ship it back to China. Over 5 months and still no refund! Attenpted to contact them several times. Zero customer setvice!

They make it impossible to return anything. They drag out the process with their ai automated messages “we can offer you a 10% discount instead of a return” over and over.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered a dress from them and was very disappointed in the quality. The fabric felt cheap and not worth the $90 I spent. I sent them a message to return it the same day I received it and was informed that returns needed shipped to China to receive credit. It would’ve cost more than I spent on the dress to send it back. Their website is very deceptive as it looks like it is a California based company. It’s not. It’s all from China and they wouldn’t allow me to send it to the only address listed on their website which was in California. Their customer service was unhelpful and after 10 emails back and forth they were of no help. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Unfortunately, my experience with Hazel The Label has been very disappointing. The two dresses I purchased were poor quality and, in my experience, did not match how they were depicted in the images on the website. One of the dresses was advertised as strapless but arrived with straps. Trying to arrange a return was also extremely frustrating and involved numerous back-and-forth emails before I was finally able to return the items. I have now returned both dresses and am currently waiting for my refund. As the return had to be sent internationally with a customs declaration, I also had to pay approximately $40 in return shipping costs. Overall, I’m very disappointed with both the products I received and the return experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and I will not be purchasing from this site again.

Took more than 3 weeks!! I didnt receive for my event. Items were also super cheaply made but 3x the cost of the quality that was received. Bad sizing and poor fit. Working over a week for a refund/replacement but it hasnt happened yet.

First of all, TERRIBLE quality. The dresses literally feel like cardboard. Second, they try to make it impossible to return. I basically had to threaten legal action before they even gave me the option of a full refund. They try to scam you and force you to get store credit or a partial refund first. Also, if you do return, you have to ship back to China and not to CA as the website states. TOTAL SCAM
