I would not even give Hazel the Label…
I would not even give Hazel the Label one star, more like negative star. This website is a scam, the items they ship are a poor design and material they are not even fit for a Halloween costume much less an actual formal or even informal affair. Save your money and do not buy from them. They ship from China and make returns impossible with not option for a refund of your money.... SCAM SCAM SCAM

This brand is absolutely terrible
This brand is absolutely terrible. And Horrible. And so many other adjectives that can't be left on this website. Completely not accurate to what the website showed and craftsmanship was non-existent.

I wish I didn’t have to put 1 star
I wish I didn’t have to put 1 star. I wish I would have done my research prior to ordering but we were in a time crunch for a wedding. I 100% question the legitimacy of the company. It says Hazel The Label and another source says the name is AD Global Group LLC. I was able to find 2 phone numbers and both were dummy lines. I got an immediate busy signal several times, the other line rang once then nothing, once there was a delayed ring then busy signal. Emailing with customer service was a nightmare and futile. They try to make it impossible so people eventually give up. I asked for return authorization from the beginning, but could never get return authorization. They would offer me a 15% refund and 20% off of my next purchase to not send the dress back. They offered different discount sometimes but never a return authorization. This went on for 10 days. The company website says it’s in California but return shipping is to China and the address does not look legit in any way. Now I’m trying to convince my bank for disputing the charge. Lesson learned always check for online reviews prior to ordering. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MAKE A PURVHASE FROM HAZELTHELABEL!!!!!
