Love Hayu, However, was left with a distaste within the intro of Ladies of London as one woman quoted "no cost of living crisis here". Hayu! Really!!! Our country is in absolute dispear. Struggle to find anyone over the voting age happy to watch a bunch of over middle aged women flaunt their wealth whilst we are all struggling, working long hours to pay the price of a poor parliament. Hayu I love you but feel this was a wrong move and hope their is no series 2.

Non responsive customer service, will take your money and not give a care in the world provide you with service they promise. The content is great but the app, the many issues with subtitles and billing, and the customer service make this all horrible. Wish I could drag Hayu like Porsha dragged Kenya.

Keeps freezing, then takes you back to episodes way before. So bloody annoying, not worth £4.99 a month

Scam.

I’ve never had this much trouble trying to cancel a subscription before. It shouldn’t be this hard — and frankly, it feels deliberately obstructive, as if they are making it difficult on purpose to keep charging customers. To make matters worse, it’s become apparent that there is no actual customer support number to speak to a real person. That’s extremely shaky and unprofessional, especially for a paid service. This whole experience comes across as a cash grab, not a customer-focused service. Rest assured, I won’t be subscribing again or recommending Hayu to anyone. Cancelling should be easy — not something that takes multiple days of stress and wasted time.
