Frustrating app. Keeps freezing causing my tv to freeze requiring me to turn tv off and on at power point. Then when app finally starts it doesn't remember where you left off. If I binge watch something it just keeps freezing. Can't believe I keep paying for this. Not for long though.

Hayu has programmes in want to watch that's the only reason I have it a "2" Tv apps useless! You can't see the programme titles clearly, when you do finally get to the programme, the highlight is very dark! You can't change the back ground! More often than not it takes several attempts actually selecting the episode you want, without having to go back&try again. App on tv & my tablet often crash so annoying!

This app is dreadful for amount of people that subscribe why on every episode there’s an error and the show stops it’s insane

Wrote a review in 2025, saying it was good. My experience since has been dreadful 😞 downloading is very slow, and drops out, buffering. Doesn't even stream on bedroom TV. Yet all other streaming channels do. Bravo has cancelled Below deck sailing yacht. Winter house, Below deck adventures so I haven't renewed subscription as price has increased for less shows. Terrible streaming experience. Wouldn't recommend

Les videos bug et s'arrêtent souvent, les sous-titres sont souvent désynchronisés, et il n'y a pas de version française. Dommage. Cerise sur le gâteau il y a des frais bancaires de prélèvement car la société est au Royaume-Uni...

28.01.25 Hayu is not a streaming app that works over the holidays. The whole office must go on holiday. I enjoy the shows however the app is sub par, often not loading, programs that do not play and other technical issues. They also just raised their subscription fees? Which is laughable, a refund of some sort would have engendered some trust and respect or simply greased the wheels.

Too many glitches, stops and starts all the time, subtitles disappear, freezers and the screen turns black. It’s a bit of a shame as I was really excited to watch all the below deck seasons. I’ve spent majority of the time resetting the router WiFi, and the sky box several times, only to work out it may just be Hayu app? I would love the Hayu app to be fixed as it has all my favourite shows on here !

App is pretty terrible. Often glitches. Hayu also makes paying customers watch advertisements before they can watch their chosen show. I have cancelled my subscription mainly for the forced advertising.
