Hayu is the worst streaming service I have ever encountered. Nothing works and Hayu´s service is non-existent.

The worst app out there. Billed me for a year even after I'd cancelled and then refuse to refund. App is super glitchy. Customer service is terrible.

1 STAR – ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A PAID STREAMING SERVICE! Hayu is easily one of the most frustrating and unreliable streaming applications I have ever used. I am paying for a subscription, yet the app on my Samsung Smart TV constantly suffers from serious technical problems. Repeated playback errors (especially 0033_0000_0025), unexpected app crashes, random logouts, failed login attempts, an extremely poorly designed login process, and occasions when I cannot even browse the content library. How is this acceptable in 2026? Customers pay for entertainment, not for endless troubleshooting and frustration. The most ridiculous part is that these are not advanced features failing — these are the most basic functions that any streaming service should be able to provide reliably. It is embarrassing that a paid streaming platform can offer such a consistently poor user experience. Hayu needs to stop treating basic functionality as an optional feature. I strongly question why customers should continue paying for a service that repeatedly fails to deliver what they are paying for. Until these serious technical problems are resolved, I cannot recommend Hayu to anyone. One star — because zero stars is not an option.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This app has been developed extremely poorly. We almost always run into issues with it. Issues include streaming interruptions mid show despite having a stable internet connection and the app simply not opening. This has been the case for the past 3 days now. I have uninstalled and re-installed multiple times and still no lick. I have reached out to customer support but to no surprise have heard nothing back. I wish there were another streaming app we could use for the bravo tv reality shows. This one is TERRIBLE! The worst I have ever used.
