I remember downloading this app last year and I was very disappointed. I decided to give it another try and I was pleasantly surprised. I have no problem watching the TV shows, linking my TV. There are here and there some bugs like my screen freezes and I need to restart but compared to my previous experience- it’s quite the update. I would recommend trying out.

This is an update to my previous review on the 30th July. After leaving the app for a day it started working perfectly hence the new 4 star review. No freezing or restarting. Perfect.

Jeg må trække mine to stjerner tilbage, som jeg har anmeldt Hayu med før. Da jeg slog min vpn fra og ikke blot satte det på pause som jeg ellers har gjort, så virkede alt igen. Jeg er super glad for Hayu, da jeg elsker reality & crime - DIREKTE fra usa. Så jeg behøver ikke bruge min vpn her. Jeg har dog forvirrende læst at man godt kan bruge vpn, men lad det ligge. Jeg har haft Hayu nu på 6 måned, uden problemer- andet end med underteksterne. De er lidt bagefter/for hurtigere… det skifter lidt. Håber at de fire stjerner holder, og måske bliver til 5 med underteksterne.. ☺️

I think it’s a great app..and I am enjoying watching programmes… the only problem I have had is when it says “none of the available releses match the specified asset type protection scheme and format preferences when I finish a episode and try and get into the next. Does anyone know what it means? Thanks in advance

App has a few glitches and doesn't update as it should. Need to keep pairing app on firestick. But apart from that hayu is ok. I dont get where all these people are saying it is so hard to cancel, Just click payment details, its not hard, 2 year old could manage it, Hayu even offer you 2 free months to stay and not cancel membership. Overall the app is very basic with a few glitches and doesn't keep app paired to device, could do with being overhauled or at the least updated but dont think their current guys are up to the task, shame as basics is there but fails to perform once passed the home page

Initially this app had a lot of frustrating issues which have mostly been ironed out. Outstanding issues seem to be randomly getting logged out, having to restart the app to continue watching something I've paused, and the app not remembering where I was in an episode. Also, I originally logged in through Facebook and paid through Google Play and wanted to delete Facebook and have the payments come out via direct debit instead which wasn't an easy change. However, customer services were always quick to respond, polite, and I'm really happy with the content for such a low price. My big dream is that they put shows like 90 Day Fiancé on next! Not sure if that's even possible but would be amazing.

Although it comes up with lots of connection cut offs and timed out notifications, the shows are great and at £5 a month no real major complaints. Just a few alterations would make it even better.

Allt har funkat bra och det är bra kvalité på avsnitten, lagom pris också och skönt med ingen bindningstid. Sen så laggar det ibland och det är tråkigt att hayu inte fungerar så bra på äldre datorer osv.
