Generally an okay app. Does anyone else have issues with the app not registering what episode you’ve watched. For example, I’ll watch episode 1,2&3 of below deck… the next day I’ll go to watch episode 4 but it only says I’ve fully watched episode 1 .. gets super frustrating when you can’t remember where you’ve got too.

App needs some improvements.

You have to download everything over yr wifi to watch because it kills your mobile data. All other streaming services don't do this but hayu will swallow up all yr mobile data in an hr! Great shows though!. Also in flight mode on a plane it won't let you even watch yr downloads on yr ipad or yr mobile so its not that much of a versatile platfrom. When it works it's great apart from the ads.

App works fine. Nothing special and does the job. My only qualm with it, is that the subtitles are always out of sync. They appear quicker than the video which is very annoying. I've tried on different devices and it's still the same thing. Have also signed out, deleted the app and re-downloaded. It's been this way for 2 years and I keep hoping they will fix it with the upgrades but nothing!

The actual content on Hayu is excellent but the app is poor and there seem to be problems regularly. I would say around 60% of the time I am able to watch without a problem, and it should really be at least 95% of the time in my opinion! The app is also not very well designed, for example your recently viewed programmes don’t actually always appear for you to pick up where you started, meaning you have to go through the very long alphabetical list of programmes. I have to say though, I don’t think it’s at all fair that so many reviews on here are calling them scammers, disreputable etc. That’s not been my experience at all, and I’ve actually cancelled my membership before and eventually rejoined, and I’ve never been overcharged or billed when I shouldn’t have been. Take reviews with a pinch of salt!

Only got the free trial to watch kuwtk... only show im interested in. Worried now after reading on here for when i cancel. Annoying how even if binge watching it automatically goes to the next episode however full screen doesnt stay on so you have to physically click to open full screen again. Very annoying!

Was OK but suddenly app has stopped working. Says would i like to have a free trial. Now suddenly I can't get on anything without the app crashing and their support line is shocking but have to say they did reply eventually. Told you should do twitter originally which I'm not interested getting but did for help purposes. Hopefully will get something sorted.
