Hayu are not really worthy of any stars, constant issues and when they didn't know how to fix my issue they constantly ignored me through any messaging service, twitter, facebook etc, cancelled my subscription after paying for a rubbish service, worse customer service ever

Unbelievable. Your first month goes fine watch what you want, the minute you pay your subscription fee , nothing works. Can’t even load a video up it just does not work. They ignore emails after they took payment when I emailed saying I want my money back as the app hasn’t worked for a hole month ! No response. Just makes you feel so stressed

If i could give a 1 i would. Website is very poorly designed. Every episode crashes and plays the same 15 second loop over and over and you cant get out of it. It buffers like crazy even though i have excellent service - the fastest internet and new computer/ phones to watch it on. Absolutely horrible and annoying. App crashes all the time too.

Great customer service .. got back right away with problems i had with google play and Hayu. Hayu told me how to fix the problem and gave me a coupon for 3 free month

Service is ok besides the odd episode that doesn’t play and the occasional crash. But what really frustrated me was the customer service - just shocking. They cancelled my service while I was on holiday (looking forward to catching up on my shows) with zero notice. I eventually figured out that’s why my videos wouldn’t play and email them. 2 days later they replied with a fix that didn’t work. I had to wait till I was back in the U.K. and it took 4 more unanswered messages to them before they told me to just resubscribe and keep trying different browsers until one worked. No apology, nothing. I was one of the first to sign up in the U.K. and this is how they treat me for my loyalty? Nope.

So many problems with this, both via the website and the app - stalling, throwing you out and having to restart in the middle of programs. No reflection on the content, but the service is absolutely shocking!!

What the eff is going on!! You can't re watch any episode. This updated app. is absolutely rubbish. Just use the old one! And before you say it, I've uninstalled and reinstalled many times! I now watch my US TV on a pirate channel that's free. You must be losing so many customers it's a joke. I won't be carrying on my subscription, do you even care? I don't think so, cause if you did you'd SORT IT OUT!!!!

The whole website is a joke, I have had hayu for a couple years now because there’s a lot of good programs that I like to watch but it’s getting worse. Can it really be that hard to make a decent website. I’m paying for this monthly, it’s only £5 but still. I can’t even watch an episode, it keeps going off. They’ve got mostly bad reviews so don’t know why they don’t do anything about it.
