The service is so poor at the moment. No show will play at all, even with the best WiFi signal! Definitely an error on the app as Netflix is playing just fine! I need my fix, sort or out!

I just want to watch one episode of love island without 500 error messages popping up. So close to deleting this app but I am waiting for the day it is finally fixed and I can binge watch shows. It’s 2019, technology is far more advanced than what this app has to offer. For the love of god, fix it.

Omg. It was bad before. But this latest update is the absolute worst. How sad that such a fantastic idea, has been executed so poorly. So unhappy. Do yourself a favour. Skip this awful streaming company.

This company is a bunch of con artists. I cancelled my subscription and closed my account but THEY ARE STILL CHARGING ME!! Because my account is closed (I closed it by the way, as I though once I’d cancelled my subscription everything would be OK) but I have now been charged THREE TIMES SINCE THE CLOSURE! I want my money back. And I will get it. This company is a disgrace.

Website is so poorly designed and incredibly glitchy. It used to reload the episodes randomly while playing and then full screen wouldn't work. Then updated in the middle of an episode and is now even worse. It won't allow the user to play a certain episode, but rather, you have to click through the full previous episode and then hit next episode on the screen. I honestly want to cancel my subscription because it's not worth the trouble to basically only watch the 2 good shows they have.

The worst. Horrible new homepage. The downloads crashes continously . No support no help. It's a rip off. Stick to Netflix. Hayu, you suck !!!

WOW, Hayu. They just updated their site, and it's possibly even worse than before. BAD UI, impossible to navigate, videos reload when you minimize the window, or they just randomly crash leaving you to have to figure out where you left off. Maybe spend less on advertising everywhere and more on your developers?!?

I agree with the bad reviews they are robbing thriving turds. However rather than complain there is enough of us who feel this if you have your evidence we could start a class action lawsuit I understand it will take months to get back what is a small amount but it will tie this company up and the eventual cost will fall on their shoulders and others will not suffer
