The streaming is awful. I have to refresh all the time and sometimes I have to skip an episode since I get an Error message saying "Something went wrong, the video cannot be reproduced." It’s not my wifi or computer as I stream other networks and they are fine.

I love the content. But the streaming is so awful. I have to refresh all the time as it cuts out frequently (literally every 10 minutes). Very frustrating. It’s not my wifi or computer as I stream other networks and they are fine.

Spar en masse penge og forebygge at du bliver gråhåret af efterfølgende at forsøge at få dine penge retur. De trækker dobbelt beløb for app`en. Du får ikke pengene tilbage. App´en er vanvittig svær at afmelde. Jeg blev nødt til at lukke mit visa dankort for at kunne stoppe indbetalingerne til hayu. Desuden virker app´en ikke optimal.

I started a retrial but found there was nothing I really wanted to watch which needed another streaming service to do so. I tried to log into my account to cancel the subscription before the trial ended however my email address and password wasn’t working. I tried different email addresses (couldn’t remember which one i had used to register, tell you how much I used it!) and the forgotten password function didn’t work either. So I contacted customer service to advise my intention to cancel and the issues I was having. Initially the responses were quick and although they were also u able to locate my account from my name and emails addresses I was confident the issue would be resolved. However payment had been taken during the back and forth so I asked for this to be refunded once the account had been located. When the finally found my account, they told me that as I hadn’t cancelled before the renewal date the charge was valid!! Which is ridiculous! It’s not a huge amount of money but not acceptable to expect a customer to pay when it is their system that’s not working and considering I’d been in touch prior to the renewal date! Save your money for decent streaming service which doesn’t have to rip people off to make money.

This is without a doubt the worst streaming service around. The app crashes constantly, there are constantly play back and streaming errors, its a battle to try to watch anything. This service should not be allowed to operate and take any more money from people until they update their app to provide the service people are paying good money for. It's a total waste of time and a scam.

This company has been taking money out of my bank account, even though I canceled my subscription 5 months ago! Give my money back you bloody thieves!
