Bad service. I cancelled my membership but for some reason this didn't show on my account so ended up getting charged. Customer service team weren't that helpful and it was only when I got in contact with them that I received a confirmation email saying that my membership has been cancelled but I wasn't entitled to a refund. Wouldn't recommend

I am convinced this is a scam. I don't even know what hayu is, but they keep charging me. I contacted customer service, they don't have anyone to speak to directly, their website is functional until you try to unsubscribe, and they keep asking for my credit card information in order to "help me." Absolute nonsense.

Allt har funkat bra och det är bra kvalité på avsnitten, lagom pris också och skönt med ingen bindningstid. Sen så laggar det ibland och det är tråkigt att hayu inte fungerar så bra på äldre datorer osv.

This is the second time in two months my credit card has been charged, I alerted them that someone was using my card in London and I Live in the USA. I will have to close my credit card yet again. They obviously did not cancel whoever stole my credit card information account because I am still getting charged. This is a shame that they allow people to steal credit cards and open up accounts.

On my Hayu free trial and will not be keeping it. It does not show what episode you are currently on or what you have watched so its confusing. and I have to log on each time I use the site because it will not save the info. Do not recommend

Can not rate zero stars. Unable to cancel subscription after free trial. Website functionality not as customer service have advised so trapped into continuing to make payments. If hayu provide a resolution I may reconsider the harshness of this review.

I think it's good that you have all the Bravo series, but your website is crap! 1.I must log in everytime because your website can't save my username and password. 2. The website will crash in the middle of an episode and give me an "error message" for a hour afterwards.
