Don’t sign up for hayu!! I cancelled my account in September and four months later they are still charging me! You cannot contact this company via telephone only through email which I have tried multiple times with no response!

website is always down, very rarely am able to watch anything, how can they be allowed to get away with this???

Got billed 3 times the same day, when I tried to subscribe. I can’t watch the content and tried to contact customer service and they stopped answering. So I got billed $6.99 times 3 and still can’t use the app. Feels like a very insincere streaming platform.

I cannot even watch anything but still have to pay for subscription! And no refund?!

Hayu...your service doesn't work. People are paying for something they can't even use. Terrible streaming platform. I had the exact same issue in Oct 2019 so I cancelled my sub. Reluctantly I resubbed with the hope they have upgraded or changed but now I'm in Jan 2020 and the same problem arises. Can't stream, kicks me off, takes ages to load, having to refresh multiple times.

I subscribed to the platform, but was not able to stream anything, and the support and help page was not helping my problem. Easy to charge money for soemthing that doesent work.

Ordered it. Started watching shows and it was constantly turning off. The show would stop randomly and makes you go back to the main menu. Worst streaming service. Cancelled the same day.

This is so annoying ever time I want to watch hayu iam kicked out And need to put in a new code, what’s up with that iam ready to get rid of hayu
