Worst app I’ve ever downloaded, so slow, the app has crashed four times in the last half an hour alone? Paying €7.00 A month is an absolute joke to be honest and I’m not able to unsubscribe?

Virker ALDRIG som det skal, hver gang det går bedre med ét problem opstår der et nyt, dårligste hjemmeside nogensinde! Det hakker, buffer og logger konstant ud af sig selv. De har ovenikøbet trukket beløb 2 gange hver måned uden min viden! SCAM!!

Hayu streamingtjeneste virker ikke - hverken på min iPad eller mobil. Jeg får konstant at vide, at - desværre - er der ingen forbindelse, selvom jeg kan logge mig ind og betaler 49kr hver måned. Hvordan skal jeg fortælle Hayu, at deres tjeneste ikke virker, og at jeg ikke vil abonnere mere? Jeg kan ikke finde nogen mail, jeg kan skrive til.

One star is too generous. Not only was I not able to unsubscribe, or get my messages answered, they were also over charging me via a bogus account name. They have how cut off my service, having just taken another months fee. Absolutely fraudulent and unlawful, there is no customer service. Please do NOT subscribe

Both the website and TV app have constant glitches. Often episodes will crash midway through, or will annoyingly jump back to the start of the episode after an intermission/commercial break. Both the website and tv app do not sync up, so if i've watched an episode on my laptop or saved it to 'my shows' there will be no evidence of it on my TV, even though I am logged into both under the same username. All round poorly programmed and terrible service, a real waste of £5.99 p/month compared to Netflix.

Terrible. You have to re-login everytime you use the app and half the time it doesn’t work or freezes. Very spotty and glitchy. Needs work before 5.99 / month seems reasonable.

I am so frustrated. I used to have no problem with this site till they changed their format or whatever. Now I can’t log in at all. I spend over 20 mins trying then give up. Is there another service that has all the shows Hayu has that I can use?!

NO SERVICE AT ALL. Cannot log in Cannot sign up. Do not waste your money. Really badly run. A genuinely terrible terrible site. I give them ZERO STARS
