BEWARE. This company will double-bill you and refuse to give you a refund...then continue to bill you even when you cancel the subscription. Not worth the hassle for the handful of outdated/lame shows they offer on their platform. Highly recommend contacting your bank/credit card issuer to file formal dispute regarding your charges (i.e. the money they stole from you). Somebody needs to take this to the media and end the company once and for all.

Such a relief to see the negative reviews on here for Hayu. I was made to feel by Hayu customer support that I was a nuisance who couldn't work a computer. There were never ever any issues with the Hayu website until they changed the design and tinkered with the format. Since that day there have been issues. It never remembers names and passwords. If you watch a show, but don't have time to see it through to the end and want to finish it another time, it's virtually impossible to pick-up where you left off. The show wont play, it forces you to go to the next episode. You have to clear ALL your data, cache, history, everything, shut down your pc and start all over again. And still sometimes it wont work so you can pick up a show where you left off. You speak to customer support and they make you feel like you're the fool. They give simple obvious answers to issues which you could have worked out for yourself, but they don't accept anything is wrong with their site. Do none of them use Netflix to see how a real website works ? I could close my account, but the truth is they do have shows I cannot watch elsewhere. So I'll continue paying. It's just the sheer frustration of getting the website to work that annoys me. And it's safer to watch a show from start to finish to avoid some of THEIR technical issues. However, they really wont care about what anyone has to say about them on here.

Their service is unstable and hasnt worked for months. I cant even unsubscribe because the 'My Account' page doesnt work. They are withdrawing monthly. It feels like fraud.

If i could give less i would. terrible app, even worse Customer service, there motto is to ignore ignore ignore and hope it will go away. Save your money there is plenty more GOOD streaming services . Have been paying a subscription monthly yet it says ive no subscription, got one reply from there support 10 days ago and have been ignored ever since.

Cancelled trial but didn't receive a confirmation email, so there was no proof I had cancelled. A payment then went out following the end of the trial. Customer service dodged all questions and refused a refund, blaming the customer for a fault in their own system, breaching their own terms & conditions.

1.)At first hayu didn’t even have enough shows that I like. 2.) the one that I tried to watch would never save where you watched it last and you have to search and guess every time you want to watch a new episode 3.) I wanted to renew my subscription just to watch that one show! And guesss what it’s absolutely impossible to figure out how to even do this and I’m good with computers.

I have never subscribed to their services and somehow they keep trying to bill me. They even changed the price and time to see which way works. I don't know where they got my info from but all I got to say is be careful who gets a hold of your card info.
