The website is garbage, whoever did the coding for it has no clue what they are doing. Regardless of how bad it currently is and how much it ruins the viewers experience. My biggest annoyance is that they simply have done nothing to change or fix it. Which is mind boggling as it is something people are paying for.... They should feel ashamed. Someone should remind them that in a competitive industry, there are tons of streaming sites that have little to no bugs and when they do have bugs they fix them...

Would give 5 stars for content, but the quality is always buffering or sound without video usually. I try other streaming services and they have no issues so I assume its the service. Please fix.

I have had this subscription for a while now sent numerous messages via there page saying it looks like everything is ok at this end...STRANGE...Everytime i want to watch it it says pair TV APP.That i get but the code doesnt seem to want to pair with my phone...I have removed all other PAIR APP,s still nothing.Reading other reviews you cant watch a whole season right threw as they cut you of....Im going to cancel my subscription complete waste of money.....

Works pretty well on my Apple TV, but on my laptop it's a complete joke. The video with start then halfway through go back to the beginning. If you try to start the video where you left off, it goes back to the beginning again. Extremely frustrating. Also, the My Shows feature is synced up on my laptop and phone, but not Apple TV. Makes no sense, the list should be the same on all platforms. Whoever designed this app should maybe try another profession.

Signade upp på deras hemsida, betalar, tänkte kolla serier as you do. Funkar inte, enligt hayu har jag ingen subscription? Min itunes som jag betalade med säger att jag har en subscription. Jag skriver till Hayu, de svarar efter en dag och skriver att de inte ser något fel och ber mig återkomma med extra info för att kunna lösa problemet. Jag tänkte äsch jag har ju en gratismånad så vem bryr sig, inga pengar har dragits. Jag signar upp med ett nytt konto och betalar istället med paypal. Det funkar! Men jag får ingen gratismånad(?) visst tänker jag, det är ju bara 49kr. Tills jag kollar på mitt bankkonto. Det har dragits 3(!!!) gånger! Nästan 150 kr mitt i allt för en månads subscription? INTE ok. Jag skriver tillbaks till dem vad som har hänt. Inget svar. Har skrivit en gång till. Inget svar. Det har gått 2 veckor:) Hayu är scammers.

Videos keep restarting a third of the way threw the episode, then you can't fast forward to your spot because it continually goes back to the beginning.

Terrible - the website doesn’t work, always crashes and you can’t get hold of customer service...feeling scammed...they should be shut down

So, here is another one. I ended up on this website through a survey website. Never needed the service, never intended to get it, but to complete that assignment. So as soon as I created the account I canceled the subscription. 30 days later, guess what, they took money off my card. I contacted support, told them the story and they said, sory, we don't care the request to cancel the subscription didn't work the first time, though luck, we got your money and we are not going to refund you. I decided to use the app, since I paid for it, but the app just sucks. Crashes a lot. The TV shows they have are simply bad. I would not recommend this service. Avoid!
