Absolutely ridiculous service. Constantly unavailable but they've obvs won the contract for the current real housewives episodes. Hopefully a more reputable organisation will win the contract for real housewives.

If I could give this less stars I would. First of all, it's difficult to use and you can not pause your show halfway through, go to something else, and expect to go back to it. Also, you have to click each episode individually. Thirdly, they don't notify you when it's soon time to cancel your free trial, and then they charged my account 5.99 when I only used the free trial for a day or two at the start and never since I paid for it. So I was swindled out of 5.99 and upon contacting customer service, they won't refund it like any other company would seeing as I didn't use hayu after paying for it and barely even before. I'm really ticked off!

It does not get much worse for customer service. I was a member for 6 months because of one series. They don't even have it out on time its always a few days late. I cancelled they offered me £1 a month for three months. On month 2 i cancelled as i just don't use it and they didn't cancel and charged me £5 again...Its not the amount its the principle so for that enjoy your £5 review.

Every time I try to watch something it freezes, buffers or cancels. The content is great so it's SUCH a shame. And WHAT am I paying for?! SORT IT OUT HAYU

This company are thieves!!!!!! I cancelled my subscription months ago and realised Hayu have still be charging my account each month while I have 0 access to the app. My password and email are not recognised but yet they have taken my money. Don’t subscribe. It’s not worth it. They upload shows very late and by the time they do it’s already on YouTube. Because of the late uploads I decided to cancel it wasn’t worth it. And yet they continue to take payment.... I just realised after 6/7 months that’s £35 deducted. If u times that by thousands of people it’s a lot of money.... I can’t stand company’s that’s steal makes me sick. They don’t even offer a good service hence my cancellation. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE.

One to avoid. The worst subscription site ever. Only watched it the first few days of a reduced offer subscripsion to find content that is of no interest at all. The audio and video didn't match at times. I unsubscribed over 12 months ago and sent their so called support service a multitude of messages to stop charging my CC but keep getting charged.......AVOID this site.

Love the content but the app is horrific. Never ever works successfully, I feel like I’m Back trying to stream off a dodgey website only I am PAYING for this dodgey app. So frustrating because the content is very good!

The worst! Audio and video don’t match up, I’ve unsubscribed but keep getting my charges on my CC. Big yikes....avoid at all cost
