Great content, worst technology ever. Whoever is in charge of the technical side of this app should be fired. Not a day goes by where I don’t have a problem or error. I’ve never had such an unreliable app ever before. Sort it out Hayu, you’re starting to look like a complete scam.

Your app on AppleTV is NOT working: Crashes every time I try to watch a program - tried EVERYTHING = re-installing, re-booting app, re-booting AppleTV!!! (AppleTV is updated with latest iOS) How do I contact you?? And why don’t you answer your Trustpilot reviewers???

Unbelievable that hayu somehow gets away with not fixing any of its bugs or issues. I have not managed to get through a single episode without having to restart the app due to it glitching. It’s also very common for the app to just not play content so despite paying for great shows - you are actually unable to watch anything. Also every couple of days the app logs you out so you have to inconveniently faff to log in before you can attempt to watch anything - on the off chance it happens to be working that day. Horrific and lower than dirt.

The content is great. However, the app and customer service are horrible. There is always a problem with this app. I cannot believe that Hayu has done absolutely nothing to fix the problems that occur daily with their app. Honestly, I have a problem every single day just trying to login or watch any of the shows on the app. It is a complete waste of money if I am not able to watch any of the shows. HAYU, FIX THE PROBLEM!

This company's customer service is shocking!!There is no contact number to speak to anyone and the only way I got any response at all was through twitter.I signed up with hayu 1 week ago but could not sign in on my tv to watch anything?error code kept coming up .After numerous messages via their website and twitter they finally agreed to check for technical issues their end .That was 2 days ago and not heard a thing from them .So today I thought I would try one more time to sign in and hey presto they allowed me in ???Now I'm presuming they have fixed this issue so wouldn't you think they would have been pleased to have let me know?????Words fail me this company really do not deserve ANY subscribers as already stated SHOCKING customer service .

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Had a billing issue with my account - was charged for an extra month. Customer service replied once to tell me they weren’t going to do anything about it, and then proceeded to ignore all emails and DMs on their social media. I’ve never experienced anything like it - give these guys an absolute miss
