The actual content on Hayu is excellent but the app is poor and there seem to be problems regularly. I would say around 60% of the time I am able to watch without a problem, and it should really be at least 95% of the time in my opinion! The app is also not very well designed, for example your recently viewed programmes don’t actually always appear for you to pick up where you started, meaning you have to go through the very long alphabetical list of programmes. I have to say though, I don’t think it’s at all fair that so many reviews on here are calling them scammers, disreputable etc. That’s not been my experience at all, and I’ve actually cancelled my membership before and eventually rejoined, and I’ve never been overcharged or billed when I shouldn’t have been. Take reviews with a pinch of salt!

Actually awful, can’t believe they’re still in business. I signed up as it’s the only place I could watch the bachelor/bachelorette in the UK, and they were CONSTANTLY late with getting episodes out, with the recent season being massively behind America meaning there were spoilers everywhere. In addition the site is horrendous and constantly stops working, the video quality is so rubbish and constantly drops out, genuinely can’t understand how they have the cheek to charge £5.99 for non existent service. I also use Netflix and barely ever have an issue. The only reason I’ve continued my subscription is to watch the real housewives of Beverly Hills, but now I can’t even watch this as the website constantly stops working! Hayu is an actual car crash and they should refund customers as we can’t even watch what we pay for!

App constantly has issues. Crashes repeatedly; subtitles are way out of time and skip buttons don’t work. Very frustrating viewing experience

Charge but don’t supply And never get back in contact

Très bien mais pas de sous titrage en français, alors que certains programmes existent dans cette via E! sur le câble. Disponible en France depuis peu, cette plateforme rassemble les émissions introuvables en France. Mais nous ne sommes pas tous bilingues. J’ai dû résilier à mon grand regret, en espérant que ce problème trouve une solution.

Styr unna! Jeg melde meg ut av abbonomanget i november 2020, så denne måneden at jeg har blitt trukket 2 ganger hver måned fram til nå, noen ganger 3. Svindel! Måtte kontakte banken min for å sperre kortet og bestille nytt.

I cancelled my subscription beginning of December yet they still charge me. Sent a complaint said they have no record. Sent them proof and surprisingly I haven’t heard back from them.
