HatoriknivesReviews of hatoriknives.com

The product and the speed it was delivered with was awesome. My life from here on in will be razor sharp, luv ya

The ordering process was easy and straight forward. There was excellent communication surrounding shipping and delivery. I have two Shun knives that I have struggled with wet stone sharpening, and I'm having success with the Hatori - although it takes several 2 minute sessions initally to get them back to a sharp edge. Great result, but you have to be patient to get them to the 30 second sharp stage. Overall, I'm happy!

Product is quality built and manufactured. I found smaller boning and pairing knives hard to sharpen. My larger knife needs some more work however, the cutting edge is significantly better.

So easy to use! Arrived fast! Made my knives super sharp! I'm a big fan!

It arrived as promised and yes it works well.

Great idea that the knife is sharpened at the same angle right along the knife edge, perfect sharpening, Many thanks John

Easy and fun way to sharpen knives well. I recommend this for every kitchen as it is such a quality product that works very well. The instructions via email were very welcome also.

The product is a great addition to any kitchen, placed my order just took a few days for it to arrive very efficient.
