HatoriknivesReviews of hatoriknives.com

Package received! I enjoyed using the knife instead of the other knives that I have for its sharpness. I am loking forward to using the Hatori knife sharpener on my older kitchen knives.

The sharpener works great for standard, large bladed knives but fails to work with narrow bladed knives like steak, paring and pocket knives. The magnets actual pull the knife blade downward so the stones edge cannot contact the blade edge. Mounting the magnets higher in the block would have eliminated the problem. The roller and stones themselves work great, the block however is a fail.

It was easy to sharpen my large knives, I still have to stone my smaller blades. I haven't tried the sharpened ones yet, but I can tell that the edges are sharper.

The product was delivered as scheduled. Will continue to work with a sharpener to see how it performs.

This was so easy and quick to use. I sharpened all the knives I use regularly and couldn't have been more pleased. I wish I had bought it sooner!

The product arrived as promised, very well made and well-packed. From order to delivery, it did not take long, and I received several updates during the process. The visual directions are easy to figure out and I was immediately able to sharpen my chopping knife. One addition I would like is how many repetitions of the sharpening are recommended for the blade to be perfectly ready. This sharpener promises to be one I won’t ever have to replace!
