The sharpener works!
The sharpener works. As a previous owner of a set of stone sharpeners that no longer has the ability to maintain a correct angle my knives were not retaining their edges. Your product works! The order and delivery process became tedious since following confirmation of the order I was receiving multiple emails suggesting that the product was on its way. I appreciate your contact as a way of assuring me that the process was being implemented however I didn’t need to know this everyday. If you developed a modification on the knife holder to accommodate smaller paring or boning knives that would further enhance the sharpening device. Otherwise, I’m happy to have made the purchase. By the way, following receipt of the sharpener I was participating in prep work for our Buddhist Temples annual fund raising dinner and had occasion to use the sharpener frequently. Many of my fellow volunteers involved in the vegetable prep work were grateful to have their knives sharpened with the tool. I’ve since shared your most recent offering on Meta with a few of my friends.
