I hope your experience with this store is good. I bought a high-pressure washing machine ($ 800) + a year of guarantee ($ 130) and when I wanted to claim the guarantee it did not validate it. And bad customer servive at the store!

Ordered a 6,000lb scissor lift on Jun 26th and received a phone call from the freight company they would deliver on Jul 6th. Truck showed up and the driver was not prepared to deliver a 800+ lb lift. So, I had help him with getting the lift off the truck. Then I asked him where the pump was. The invoice said two units to be delivered one 897lbs and one 103lbs. No pump on the truck. So, he had me write Box B is missing. I both called and emailed HFT customer service, the worst experience ever. They said that pump was on back order and it could take up to 20 business days to get the pump. No one can give me a SWAG (Scientific Wild *** Guess) as to how long the back order will take. Today is Aug 12th 2020, still no pump. Just got off the phone with customer service again and I got the same old song and dance. I asked to talk with someone who can affect change with my issue and I was told "I'll take your name and number and have someone call you back." Not going to hold my breath for the phone call. She said, "no one is available right now." Really?! So, my $1600 lift lays in my garage and serves as a 897lb tripping hazard. They should have never sold the item with all of the required components.

I bought a lathe, PN 34706, Assembled it and turned it on. The belt flew off and I looked inside, the casting of the spindle pulley which drives the lathe was falling apart. I ordered a new pulley and received the wrong part. I have still not received the correct part because the parts list is wrong to order it. Customer service director needs to be replaced by owner, there is no customer service. Don't buy the products which have moving parts, overall manufacturing of the lathe is very poor quality. I have a piece of equipment that I bought 3 months ago and have not been able to use it.

Would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered a floor jack and waited for over 3 weeks before finally having to cancel the order because we're about to move. That's when my struggle began. Harbor Freight's 'customer service' (which is non-existent) claimed that they couldn't cancel the order because the order was in processing. They also couldn't give me an accurate ship date other than a 2-week window (which was 2 weeks away) and every week that I followed up to ask for a ship date they pushed the original 2-week window they gave me back a week. Ultimately, I had to call my bank to cancel my card so as to ensure they don't charge me for an item that will deliver to an address I no longer reside at. Funny that any other business wouldn't have an issue canceling an order so long as it hadn't shipped. Harbor Freight is trash and so are their products.

Dishonest and misleading store. We purchased a generator today and spoke extensively with the store employee. We had a concern if it would work for us due to the noise and were told by this store employee that we could return it within 90 days “for any reason, no questions asked”. We returned it the same day and were charged a $100.00 restocking fee! Spoke with the manager and he would not budge on the fee. Feel we were misled by the store- do NOT shop at harbor freight!

If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I would NOT recommend ordering from this company if you want your items in a decent amount of time. I ordered a can crusher 3 weeks ago & still haven't received it! We pay $6.99 or more for shipping & cant even get the product in a good time frame!! I have contacted Customer Support & they wanna say because of Covid everything is backed up. But I ordered something off of Amazon & received it the very next day!! So why didn't Covid delay that shipment also??? Customer Support said I should receive the Can Crusher by August 6th & here it is August 8th & no can crusher!! I never hardly ever leave reviews on anything but I wanna warn others of the negative experience I have been getting. I should have read all the bad reviews before I even placed the order, but that's a lesson learned on my part. I will be looking at reviews from here on out!!

The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Steer far away from this one.

This company sucks. Ordered 4 13 in tires and hubs on june 17, 2020 and was keep on hook until July 29,2020. Talked to customer service 4 times and was told they would be sent and they had plenty. i was told on july 29 that they were on back order. Anyone that deals with this company gets what they deserve!!
