I spent 25 minutes searching up and down every isle. Past several employees and not one offered assistance. At check out the cashier asked for my phone number. I provided it and was asked to spell my first name. I asked why and she said just forget it. Punched button on the register and mumbled the total. I said what did you say? She just pointed at the screen on the register. I paid with no thank you or have a nice day. This is a new location in Zachary la and I will never go back. Really sucks because I have really good experiences at other stores but I guess they were to busy on cell phones and general bull shitting with each other.

Cheaply made air tools that quit working after two years. The on/off button no loner works. Replacement dolly wheel hub separates from the wheel because the hub is just crimped in, not welded. Harbor Freight, low prices, even crummier products.

I personally have never had an issue with any purchase from Harbor Freight. I have purchased 2 Bauer impact drills, 3 gallon wet/dry vac, and various other impact bits, with any store or manufacturer, do diligence is a must before making a purchase

I bought a can of AC refill freon. Paid a 10.00 can fee. I went back and was denied a refund.I paid cash and was not given a reciept.I wont be back , mind you I dropped 1500 last year at the santa rosa store. Taking my biz to walmart. BYE BYE

These stores practice bait and switch with the store promotions and coupon discounts. The CEO of those company Eric Smidt is all about how to rip off customers! Steer clear! Northern Tool is a better place, not perfect but treat you fairly!

Harbor Freight only guarantees part time employees a minimum of 12 hours a week yet they demand you are available Monday thru Friday 4am to 12:30. It makes it virtually impossible to take a second part time job at another place. I was told if I wanted to work at Lowes I could work there Saturday or Sunday so essential I have to work 7 days a week with no day off. Harbor Freight needs to change their policy. It's unfair in so many ways!!

The Tools I purchase have always been satisfactory for home use. Store # 00717 in Brockport, NY is always clean, fronted, and the staff is attentive. Special recognition to Riesen, who gave top shelf customer service and also made sure I had a card and was part of the loyalty program. Garret was also phenomenal bringing heavy freight right out to my van. Great job!

67971 9 PC WOBBLE SOCKET EXTENTION SET. 2 BROKE OFF LEAVING PACKAGE MATERIAL INSIDE EXTENSIONS. COULD NOT USE. RETURNED FOR REFUND. MANAGER SAID SHE AND CUSTOMERS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. I REFUSE TO BUY THEIR GARBAGE. NO VALUE FOR YOUR TIME AND GAS.
