First time buying online. Only went this way because all the sale items were out of stock in my area. So part of the order was filled but a couple of other items were sent separately about a 1 1/2 weeks later. That package went from sc, to ks, then az, and last sighting was in memphis so it's seeing more of the country than I am and there's no indication that it will ever be delivered. I paid for the shipping but I didn't hire fedex and I wasn't told it was shipping fedex either. Now I can't get anyone at harbor freight to answer the phone or reply to my emails and so I guess I have to wait 30 days and complain to my card company. Customer service in store isn't much better. It's either good, or really bad dealing with them. And it's the only store that will consistently rip you off at the register if you don't know exactly what you're supposed to be paying.

There's a saying along the lines of "you accept crap but crap does not accept you!"...Most items you look for are not available!

All too often awful support! I was on the phone approx. A little over two hours last Monday and no one answered. I recently received an email indicating I had ordered something but I could not find out what it was. I had not ordered anything. When I called them, after being onthe phone for over 34 min. A man answered and when I mentioned the long hold time, he HUNG UP on me. Earlier, there was a significant credit card issue trying to create a new account. They also have some store employees that are not customer friendly and or not knowledgeable concerning their own policies.

Communist tools. Stop giving these communist's USA $! Crap products, crap return policy, just junk taking money from our country.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced outside of state and federal offices. Spent over 45 minutes each in 3 calls trying to get someone to order a part. Never did connect. Gave up and will go to a competitor.

Two years ago I purchased a Pittsburg Automotive biker style pneumatic roller seat item 62357 for $118. It has five plastic wheels for rolling around the shop. One of these wheels broke making the stool useless. I went into the Harbor Freight store on Peters Creek Parkway, Winston-Salem NC. The store was useless. They would not even open a new stool box so I could get wheel part number and Pittsburghs contact number. I called Harbor Freight customer service number 800-423-2567, going through all the prompts, holding an hour on the phone, just to find out they do not have a p/n for wheel assembly and could not help me. Good luck. My fault, but I paid $118 for a piece of Chinese junk.

From my painful experience, NOT a Good company to buy from... Wont take back a product with Design Flaw because i used it once !!! Look at Return Policy BEFORE buying their Junk on Sale ....OR just go to more Honest HOME DEPOT , who understands you dont know the Problem before you Test something... NEVER Again, Karma will get them Bankrupt before i drive by S.Rainbow LV Store again.
