Returned Bauer pressure washer 2000 due to weak performance of machine. I only purchased it for spraying items around the house not for highly dirty or oily area primarily for eaves. This B machine really worked no better than garden hose and nozzle. Sadly, had $35 withheld for restocking fee. Very unhappy with harbor freight.

Most looks like this store are members only. every time i go there the price tag does not match at the cashier counter. 2nd problem with the coupon if they scans your coupon at the ck out. the coupon is gone OR you buy the product with their price. customer service is so bad. it is hard to believed that i am is the store in USA. BAD SERVICE BAD PRICEING BAD QUAILTY.

I bought a predator 173cc engine on 9-27-23 at your Medina Oh. Store 005634 from Kimberly who stressed that she was a manager. When I got home I realized that the engine would not work for my application, Kimberly told me I had 90 days to return it after she tried to sell me extended warranty. I returned it on 9-28-23 to the Mansfield Oh Store 00221.I was told even though it was never removed from the box she would charge me 20% restocking fee, she had a guy open the box, pear in, close it and tape it up, that cost 46.00? He never touched the engine. Holly said this fee I cannot wave and will not wave. And then asked what I wanted to do; the engine was no good to me, so I continued with the transaction! I asked Holly why I was never told of that policy of 20% restocking fee, she said you should of been that's why we have highlighters at the register, and she showed me a blue one. I told her you see my receipt and there is nothing highlighted on it, this never made a difference. I will never purchase anything from your stores again and want all me personal date and information removed from your system. I bought the engine from a manager, how can you be a manager when you don't follow the rules, like explaining the restocking fee, I would have never bought the engine if I'd known that. This was a learning experience, I learned that i Will never spend money in your stores again. And I hope anyone that reads this review feels same way and takes their business elsewhere.

I went to buy a dust collector and had a 25% manager's coupon. The dust collector was around 300 so that would have saved me about 75. Unfortunately, the coupon was about 10 hours expired. The cashier blankly ignores the coupon and requests the full amount. My wife actually talked me into going through with the purchase that I was going to cancel. I wish I had canceled. This thing is junk! All of the small parts, screws, washers, bolts were thrown into a single bag, hundreds of them. On top of that, you only get a single blow-up drawing to assemble this thing with. About half of the parts list was short of washers and such. They asked for a review via email and I gave it. I have not heard a thing from them. HF could care less how happy you are. There is another new sucker right behind you falling for their so called low prices. HF will NEVER see me again!

I bought a floor jack and it was broke upon opening the box. When I returned it they had none in stock . So the option are they will order me one in43 days or I can drive 45 minutes from my house to swap at another location. They would not transfer one from another store for me to pick.

Bought a volt meter. Part of the digital readout stopped working. You see only part of the numbers. Told if I returned it I was in the computer and no receipt required. I guess their computer works as well as the volt meter because they couldn't find me. I live quite a distance from the store. Bought 3 items at different times and only 1 still works. No more Horrible Freight for me.

Staff was on top of my request in Gainesville from the phone call to having part , mower, ready to load in truck. Friendly staff loaded heavy mower in pouring rain in back of truck without hesitation. Love the Atlas mower and prices at Harbor Freight 💕

Bought a generator from them last month they helped me load up the generator and I love it. Very happy with it and the battery and wheels were great.
