Fantastic customer service. My interaction with HappyWags has me very confident that they genuinely care about the health of my pets.

No way to contact these people as they don’t respond to emails. Made a one time purchase and emailed them that it was a one time purchase and still was shipped another bottle. This is a predatory business with no ethics as I see hundreds of other people were scammed also. Don’t walk Run from happy wags

Quick response by email to my query on subscription and a very positive and helpful reply Been using product for a few weeks and my dog eats it mixed in yogurt ok Hoping it will make a difference to his overall health after a few more weeks on It

I ordered Happy Wags AIM for my cats to try, hoping they would enjoy the food and that it would provide some health benefits as well. Some of my cats seem to like it, while others completely ignored it. Shipping took a while, so it took some time to receive my package. Another thing to keep in mind, which I wasn't aware of when placing my order, is that I was automatically enrolled in a recurring subscription. I only found out when I received another invoice for a new order that I could no longer cancel. You have to email them to cancel the subscription, but thankfully, their customer service was accommodating and helpful with the cancellation.

Shipping was fast. Solid product

My experience with the response from their customer service department has been good. While my picky eater did not care for the product itself. Their customer service department has been very responsive and willing to work to reund at least a portion of my cost and allow me to forgo return shipping charges which I appreciate

Dogs have only been on it a couple of weeks, so I see no change at this point. After signing up for a subscription accidentally, I requested it be cancelled until I know if it works and a refund for unused product. I was told that could happen and then told I could only get 25% back. Not impressed with things that can’t be returned. I would order more if it works, but again don’t know.
