Too soon to tell if this is going to benefit my two cats, neither of them seem inclined to eat food with this sprinkled on it. Like many others people who bought this product, I also got caught into an automatic subscription at the outset, resulting in more product coming before I have had the chance to understand if it is being of benefit. Happy Wags, you may want to revisit how the automatic shipping shows up on the initial ordering. This seems to be a sore point with many, many first time customers. Seeing the overall reviews are 47% 1 star versus 36% 5 stars and very little rated in between, I am tending to believe the 1 stars are real people and the 5 stars are bots. I hope you are a legitimate company, with a good product, and not just out here trolling on the emotions of people who only want the best for their fuzzy family members.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HAPPY WAGS FOR PET FAMILIES. They are a good company to deal with. The AIM product reviews are very good. Keep up the good work.

Great customer service...prompt and courteous!

Well I can't review the product because it still hasn't arrived weeks after ordering. I reached out to customer service but got no response. Their shipping policy stated that this product ships from U.S. warehouse, but tracking says it was on an international flight. I suspect this stuff comes from China. I dont think I'll give this crap to my cat, nor will I seek a refund as other reviews indicate that it would be a lost cause.

Happy Wags has an amazing Customer Service staff. In the course of my conversations, I was in contact with 4 individuals: Jerome, Sassy, Denise and Julia. All were very helpful and a pleasure to talk with. Questions were answered promptly and information given was clear and concise. Julia was the last person I was in contact with. So very helpful in her responses and follow up details she provided. Happy Wags Customer Service Team has achieved a 5 STAR Rating from me.
