This company took very good care of me when I lost my job and needed to cancel my subscription for financial reasons. I really appreciate that they did not make it difficult to cancel.

I contacted HappWags about a discrepancy with pricing. They were very helpful.

I placed what I believed was a one-time order with Happy Wags, but later discovered that I had inadvertently signed up for a 28-day subscription. I immediately contacted customer service to explain the situation. I was informed that if I paid the $8.00 difference, my order would be changed to a one-time purchase, with no subscription. I immediately agreed to pay the additional $8.00. However, the following day, customer service contacted me and advised me that there was no need to pay the $8.00 difference because they would eliminate it. I appreciate the customer service representative’s assistance. Thank you for your assistance and for resolving this matter.

I ordered a jar of Taurine but the auto feature of my phone printed out the wrong box # and in my haste to put the order in, I didn't see the incorrect box #. Happy Wags shipped the product to the incorrect box # and it was delivered to someone else. My dog has dialated .cardiomyopathy and needs this Taurine for his heart. I went to the apartment that it was delivered to but found the resident uncooperative. He said he never received it then refused to open the door to speak with me. Happy Wags sent another jar to me at the correct address to cover my purchase and all is well in my world. My dog has his Taurine and I owe it all to the Happy Wags team for seeing beyond my error and for being human and customer oriented and sending me another jar of Taurine at no charge. My experience was definitely positive and I will always be a satisfied customer with them! Thank you Happy Wags. This has truly been a give star purchase. Patricia Wilson

Based on the advertised information I decided to try Happy Wags Aim supplement. I have not used it enough to see a difference yet but will continue to use it with high hopes! My concern was with the unnoticed auto subscription sign up. I contacted customer service and they responded promptly and are working to resolve the issue! If it is resolved I am looking forward to a healthy outcome!

Great because it was a.problem with the delivery, And they really help I do not know who's fault it is By I think is artificial intelligence, they assume addres and is that causing problems But after that all is good Thank You
