I ordered the AIM feline renal defense and I’m delighted with the product. My cats don’t seem to notice the powder being slipped into their food which is not the case with other medications or supplements I’ve tried. HappyWags customer service, by the way, is outstanding. I emailed them a question and they got right back to me and bent over backwards to make sure I was satisfied. Really nice and I’ll be ordering from them again.

It took about a month to get these products! I have used almost all of one of the AIMs & one of my cats puked one day a bunch of liquid. I decided to cancel & the company is working with me with the cancellation. One of my cats is getting zoomies I have noticed but I also went from hard cat food to freeze dried.

Jerome and the rest of the team are wonderful! I was out of Taurine and when I sent a message to find out when I would receive it, evidently had been delivered 2 weeks prior to my mail box… I never got it. They scrambled to help and I had some in 3 days! Thank you for your excellent customer service!!

Although my beloved cat has passed before I was able to receive and use the product, customer service has been exceptional. They have gone above and beyond in communication and I truly appreciate how they do business. In the future when I decide to adopt another kitty, I will definitely not hesitate to purchase from them again.

I no longer trust the product enough to give it to my cat. Between the questionable labeling, hidden subscription, and refusal to honor their return policy, I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this company.
