I ordered this cat tree for my two kitties and it came so fast! The cat tree was so cute and my cats love it! it was easy to assemble! the only down side is that one of the bolts it came with, didn’t fit for the scratch board on the bottom so i haven’t been able to completely put it on. But other than that, it came out perfect!

Super pleased. Stamps are exactly as expected. Will likely order more as gifts and I’ve recommended Happy & Polly to friends and family. The physical stamp and stamped image quality are both great and as pictured on the website.

writing a review here since they delete any review that is less than 5 stars from their website. i’ve had multiple reviews be deleted and have started writing 5 star reviews just so i can warn potential customers not to buy their defective water fountains. the company refuses to send me the piece that will allow the fountain to work, going so far as to send me a different piece that I already had, i guess as a way to prove me wrong? i wish there had been honest reviews to read before i spent several hundred dollars on their website and received a defective fountain.

the cat tree was broken during setting up. The product is obviously low quality. I contact costumer service couple times via email， and no response.
