Cute but..
I got a pop socket of my sweet baby boy🐱 and I love it sooo much I show it off to ppl alllll the time!! I’m just a little sad bc the photo keeps falling off the socket and I’m gonna have to superglue it on bc one of the ridges keeping it mostly on broke overnight :( it’s not a hassle for me but if mentioning it is helpful then I’d like to. Very cute tho!

Good product, slow delivery
Although it took a while to arrive because it was stuck in customs, it is really amazing. It looks just like the pic I sent.

We got send one wrong piece so our cat…
We got send one wrong piece so our cat tower is forever lopsided. So cute but also why :( it hits our walls when the cat jumps on it since it doesn’t fit together well
Response from Happy & PollyJul 28, 2023
Hello, I apologize for any inconvenience caused. Based on your description, it seems that the cat tree was placed too close to the walls, which may have resulted in the issue you mentioned. Regarding the imbalance, could you please provide a video showing the cat tree? This will help us analyze the problem and offer a suitable solution. Also, you can also check the cat tree installation tutorial on Happy & Polly's YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/@happyandpolly). Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to resolving this matter promptly. We'll work diligently to address it and ensure your cat tree provides a stable and enjoyable environment for your furry friend.
