Stamp looks nothing like her 😭
Unfortunately our stamp ended up looking nothing like our baby girl. We got this to commemorate her passing, which makes this purchase hurt even more. It seems her eyes were replaced or altered, which made the whole stamp not look like her at all. I wish I would have been given a mock-up before having it made.

Pump has never worked
The pump was not functional and the unit is now just an awkward large bowl

Regarding the pump and water flow issue, we recommend checking the installation of the water fountain and adjusting the water flow(starting from 0:34) using the following instructional video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=59rgkerunEc&t=1s And, please make sure that water level does not exceed the surface of the pump. i returned my item and shipped it back…
i returned my item and shipped it back and never received my refund. the company is super nice but i’m really upset that i didn’t get my $50 back and i don’t have the product because i returned it.
