The product has already ripped and I now don’t know if it’s even worth it getting a new one. The fabric is so thin that it rips right off. UPDATE: Happy and Poly were very kind and reached out to me about this experience. They sent me a replacement and though the fabric is still thin, my experience with the company was delightful. They cared about my concerns. Thank you.

Came in a fairly timely manner, pretty easy to build and so far all 4 cats love it but no longer believe that sharing is caring. I gifted it to them for Christmas and they’ve been battling over it since.

Shipping was fast! The instructions were clear. The cat tree is made of sturdy high quality materials. My 15lb cats are so in love with it so far!

I was a little concerned about ordering from Happy & Polly because I saw some online reviews that weren’t great, and their social media advertisements can look a little “scammy” with all of the different fonts and emojis. However, I was really, really happy with my purchase! The cat tree I ordered arrived really quickly, in great condition, and it looked exactly as advertised. The quality of the cat tree was also great! I would feel comfortable ordering from them again.
