Hope you don't have to contact them!!!
The Bloomy Flower tree came with no screws. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Customer service was terrible and is sending them to her in 20 days. How ridiculous!!! Will NEVER buy from them again!

The cat tree was not as large as…
The cat tree was not as large as expected nor made well. It would work for kittens but not full grown cats.

Great size for two big cats
So I got this ramen bed for my sisters cats for Christmas. She just recently got her first two cats and asked for toys, the bed is a perfect size for both of them! I also crocheted little mushrooms and eggs to go inside of the bed, as “ramen ingredients”. They absolutely adore this bed. Super plush and comfy.

Fabulous Product
I ordered the Mushroom Water Fountain for my daughter and her feline for Christmas. Product arrived quickly and already gift wrapped. The fountain is easy to set up and is quiet.

Really great experience
I ordered two customs stamps of my cats from Happy & Polly, they arrived in lovely boxes and the stamps themselves are amazing, expected them to just be non-descript stamp but they include little photos of the cats on them! It's just so many nice little touches, will be ordering from them again :)

Their photos are cute but misleading
I was so excited to order from Happy and Polly last month after seeing all the cute items but my items are disappointing. I got the moonlight cat tree in variation B and the snow monster cat bed. The moonlight cat tree is cute and my cat plays on it a lot. But the way you construct it leaves these huge metal brackets visible on the top layer. And the construction isn't weight balanced so it easily falls over which scares me and my cat. I feel like if the base was made of a thicker material or if the footprint was bigger then it wouldn't fall over so often. Then the snow monster cat bed....the photos are super misleading. This thing is flat as a pancake with not enough stuffing. I've tried to fluff it up so many times but it just doesn't have enough stuffing. My cat won't use it so it's a total waste of money.
