Smaller than expected
The tree was easy to put together and is a good quality. Just a bit smaller than I was expecting.

My coffin cat tree
Well, they run sales. Their advertising is very professional. I get nervous ordering from a company I’ve never heard of. Their products are really cute. So I was stalking them for months, waiting to see if anything negative would show up… Nothing. So my coffin cat tree went on sale and I grabbed it. It is so well made, so beautiful and very sturdy. I absolutely love it! Sometimes I wish I didn’t get it because my cat won’t leave it!!! She rather be in her tree than be with me! 🥺😂

AMAZING but long shipping times
First and most importantly, amazing products. The cat tree I got is adorable, just needed a little heavier of a base (easy fix!) But also, the shipping time for a couple products was horrid. Some products like the cat tree and water fountain came within the week, while the raised food bowls took 2 months. I thought it got lost in transit until I emailed support and they told me that it takes longer since it was from out of the country. The support team was incredibly easy to contact and were super helpful, but I wish I knew about the longer shipping times. I was waiting every day, and using my own bowl and plate for my cat since I thought it could arrive any day. But! When the raised food bowl finally arrived, a week before christmas, they wrapped it with xmas wrapping paper! Such a meaningful touch, we put it under the tree for my cat. tldr; amazing products, sometimes shipping is longer than advertised.

The cat tree I ordered is very wobbly…
The cat tree I ordered is very wobbly and much smaller than the scale pictured. My cats will not go onto the tallest tier of the tree due to its wobble. I have a 7lb cat and a kitten and they both seem too large for the tree already. The second part of my order arrived two weeks after I received 'confirmation' of its delivery. I will not be ordering from here again.
