Their customer service rep was friendly, kind and had knowledge of their products.

I purchased a ceramic water fountain and it arrived shattered. I contacted their customer service and they sent me a replacement right away at no extra cost to me I do love my ceramic water fountains from them. So cute and easy to set up and clean.

Very easy to put together, and my picky/skittish cat used it immediately. 10/10 :)

Quality of water fountain is really good! The ceramic material makes it more durable and hygienic for your pet. They are also very cute designs. I like that they have different sizes as well. They also have really good deals and discounts on their page.

We finally unboxed both of our cat wheels that fit in our living room and primary bedroom. Our largest cats tried them first and enjoyed swinging on them while we rocked them. Hopefully, our biggest kitty actually will walk on it for exercise, but in the meantime, it’s aesthetically pleasing and appears to be made of high-quality materials that may last.

Terrible experience, save your time. Don't shop from here.
