I love the consistent aesthetic, it makes me feel assured that the seller is legitimate and it’s so cute! Everything is super easy and welcome promos are such a kind gesture. I look forward to receiving my item and I look forward to ordering more items in the future🤍✨

I ordered a few products from Happy & Polly a little over 6 months ago. They arrived safely, in a reasonable amount of time, and were everything I expected. The water fountain was made of high quality ceramic, and the replacement filters were easy to install and work well. I got a cat tree as well and the cats both fell in love with it. One of my cats ripped up part of the tree and upon leaving a review on their site I was contacted by their customer support team. They were beyond helpful and solved every issue I had. Will buy again!

When I was concerned about not receiving my stamp, they replied quickly and provided updates. The final product was beautiful- a perfect representation of my cat.

Updated response on 9/27/24 - still no resolution Updated in response: a refund as originally requested for the defective and unsafe cat tree would be great Original: horrible experience and customer service. i would never shop here again and will make sure that no one i know with pets does either

I love happy & Polly and the products I have gotten. What I do not like is the communication when following up on orders. I understand with international shipping it takes longer than usual. My order took longer than the expected shipping time and when I emailed to follow up they took days to reply, only to tell me my product was out of stock? Where was the communication when I first ordered and first knew this was out of stock. So now I’m waiting over two months for my order and there is no compromise.
