I bought the product thinking it would…
I bought the product thinking it would be easy to set up but it was not and it didn’t work. When I reached out to customer service they sent complicated instructions of ways to fix it and I am unable to get it to work.

Rocket Cat Tree Oops 🤣
Ordered the Rocket cat tree and my mother asked me why did I get my cat a giant blue (not going to finish that sentence) now i can’t i think it ever 🤣 unfortunately my cat doesn’t fit inside as he’s about 15 lbs and not fat at all, but I thought it was adorable and would be great for smaller cats that are probably 12 lbs or less. Not going to worry about returning it, I’m going to donate it to our local cat rescue. will research a larger cat friendly cat tree. Everything seemed pretty sturdy and super soft and don’t regret the purchase.
