Awful product, company and customer service It’s taken over a month for them to process my returns and issue a refund. Their impossible to get hold of Now I finally have my refund it’s £65 short £30 for admin fee which is atrocious and £35 still outstanding for a filter. I have contacted them and now I’m back on the waiting list

We looked everywhere for a gun metal boiling water tap but so glad we picked Hanstrom 3 in 1 tap as it look perfect in our new kitchen. I fitted the tap myself with a few simple tools and it is so lovely to just make a cup of coffee or tea without all that hassle of boiling a kettle.

The tap looks great and works perfectly well. The boiling water function is excellent and the safety mechanism is very good

I spent alot of time looking at alternative instant hot water tap options and came across the Hanstorm option. Not only did it arrive very quickly, the fitter said it was staright forward to install. A week in and it is already saving me time and effort using the instant hot water tap, as well as the usual hot/cold tap. It looks great and I have had no issues with it. I would purchase again.

From order to delivery the service was good. The product itself was well packaged and installation straightforward. Looks good and aesthetically pleasing.

Very happy with the service i received with Hanstrom.com. The Verana hot water tap I purchased looks good and easy to use. Heating unit is small, so doesn't take up much room in the cupboard. So much quicker than boiling a kettle. The price from Hanstrom for the tap was a very good price, win win! The only downside was that I was promised a free water filter from Hanstrom, after numerous emails from them saying I would receive it soon, I never did.

Well impressed. Not only with the speed of my order arriving but the quality or the Tap and Boiler.Easy to assemble and fit. I had a problem with fitting the tap to my work surface as the Threaded Tub was just long enough to get a few threads to hold the tap in position, could of done with it being another 15mm longer. Saying that the 2.4 Boiler is adequate for a couple. Will give it a couple of years and will probably upgrade to a larger capacity boiler. All in all I’m well satisfied with my purchase. 28 July 2023. Had a e-mail from Verana.co.uk Company I purchased my tap from and they say they can provide/source a longer Threaded Tub for me. Waiting to hear from them next week. Most impressed, that’s the way to run a company and keep their customers happy 👍

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The product itself is excellent and fantastic value for money. The parcel arrived promptly and was extremely well packaged. It was simple to register for our warranty and overall we are delighted. We will definitely order from you again in the future.
