HanstromReviews of hanstrom.com

Just had my Matt black Hanstrom 3-in-1 Square Touch Instant Boiling Water Tap and it looks great in my new kitchen and was reasonably priced. It was easy to fit and working instantly. It didn’t take long for its first boil which I thought would take hours but it was minutes.. would definitely recommend.

Had to replace the boiler unit as it failed under warranty. No issues getting it replaced, once agreed, came next day and all working fine again now.

Tap came fast and looks great for its price. Our plumber found a leak and I was worried from other reviews that they would take ages to reply, however upon calling and emailing they sent out a replacement within a week and it’s now been refit and working. I would recommend.

3 IN 1 SQUARE INSTANT BOILING TAP Bought this tap a few months ago to replace a Bristan hot water tap which the boiler failed on (and Bristan point blank refused a 'good will' replacement/repair even though it was only ONE MONTH over of a two year warranty!!!). So we bought the Hanstrom (in my opinion, a better looking tap anyway!). Delivered bang on time with DPD; we knew (almost to the minute!) exactly when it was going to be delivered on the day of arrival. The tap has been perfect for the 6 months use so far. And I must praise Hanstrom's after-sales too as I recently emailed a question to them and got an (almost) instant reply! So often you email a company's customer service department and it takes ages to get a reply or you don't hear back at all. So all round a very positive experience!

Absolutely love our Hanstrom tap. It was a fraction of the cost of another brand we were looking at. Works well, so easy to install and use. Would highly recommend.

We love our hot water tap! This is the first time we have used a hot water tap and it is amazing. The plumber said it was easy to fit and the tap looks beautiful in our new kitchen. It is easy and safe to use and saves so much time, not having to wait for the kettle to boil. Ordering was simple and the price and quality are excellent. It arrived quickly and was very well packaged. I would highly recommend this company and the hot water tap.

These taps are very similar across a few manufacturers.. this is our second one (the last boiler broke after about a year). I went for the Hanstrom one this time due to better quality - the tap seems more solid and the tank seems like its been updated. Installed myself using a youtube video. So far so good after 8 weeks, faultless. Didn't want a more expensive one, due to such a mark up in price, and because I didn't want high volume pressurised water at 100 degrees coming out, just too dangerous for kids and grandma. 98 degrees is good enough for me! Recommended.

Hi, have the Verana Hanstrom 4 n 1 tap. 7 months, we have had numerous problems, boiler not working heating hot enough, water quality being poor, boiler cycle needing to be turned off and reset. So we are on our 3rd boiler. Further the water never comes out at the specified hottest 98 - 100C its only at best 91 but often below, despite boiler being set to max. Have tested with Thermapen, vs Kettle. We have a very short length of run from boiler to tap, water quality that comes out of the boiler creates for a blacker than tested via kettle, much more stained tea mug for those that drink black. Tap build quality is fine, we have experience running after turned off on occasion. Customer Service have been supportive in sending out new boilers to fit etc. Do I wish I went for the more expensive quality taps - yes I do.
