Terrible customer service, bought a tap 13 months ago, fitted it 9 months ago with little use, it then started tripping our electrics, as it was 1 month over warranty wouldn't do anything and ignored my emails. Don't bother with this company, pay a bit more and buy quality and better service.

We purchased a 3 in 1 boiling tap and we absolutely love it. Looks so smart and very easy to use. Doesn’t take too much room up in the cupboard under the sink. Would highly recommend.

We ordered a 3in1 boiling water tap for our new kitchen and it’s absolutely brilliant! It’s well made and easy to use. The packaging is smart looking and well packed and protected. The water tank is compact and the instructions are easy to follow to install the tap. An all in one tap is a must in any new kitchen. So much better than needing a separate boiling water tap. Would highly recommend.

The hot tap not only looks great but works bang on you can tell by the feel of it - it’s made with good quality parts

I purchased a boiling water tap and it did not work from the start even though it was installed by a professional plumber after lengthy emails I was issued with a replacement boiler unit I had it installed at my expense this worked for 2 months and now it has stopped again .The company has ignored my emails and I have had no reply regarding a refund and will now have to go down the legal route to get resolution

Broke after 6 months, down answer the phone, very slow replies.

Had 3 in 1 tap since April 2023. Had an initial problem with the boiling tap which ran randomly. Then discovered a fault with the actual tap which is leaking. I have been trying to contact the company via phone and we chat and getting no response. Very disappointing.
