Purchased a 3-in-1 tap which has been a fabulous addition to our home. We had an issue with our boiler but it was replaced without fuss. Can’t fault them, have always responded to emails quickly and the product is great. I’m so used to boiling water on tap now - using a kettle feels so slow and outdated!

We've just redone our kitchen and have bought the Hanstrom boiling water tap and I couldn't be more delighted!! I did lots of research into boiling water taps and am so pleased I went with this one and the price was great too. Not only does it look beautiful (we went with the brushed brass swan neck one) I now have cups of tea on tap!! Perfect!!

Brilliant customer service. I had a problem with one of the fixing parts . My call was dealt with very efficiently . My plumber is coming back tomorrow and the kind customer service guy has aranged next day delivery for the part . Excellent service thanks so much

Tap received timely and to an excellent quality. Over the moon with it, couldn’t go back to a kettle. The filtered cold water also is exceptional. 10/10 for Quality & Customer service.

Purchased a Hanstrom 3 in 1 hot water tap - looks great and works well. Really happy and only reason for 4 not 5 stars after 2 weeks of use the spring popped out inside the tap mechanism but we were sent a video by a very helpful customer services person and were able to easily follow the instructions to put it back and it hasn't happened since.

Very good communication and rapid delivery. Product was well packaged and initial inspection confirmed a well engineered product. Managed to fit and get it up and running in a couple of hours as a DIYer. Been in use for a couple of weeks now and really pleased, working as I hoped. Only minor criticism is that fitting instructions could be more comprehensive for someone with just DIY experience

Website was easy to use, delivery took a few days but the tap came well packaged and no problems. The tap and heater feel solid and good quality. Overall I would recommend this tap. Cheers
