WE bought our 4-in-1 Boiling Tap about 15 months ago on the recommendation of our plumber and a neighbour. The idea of having boiling water on tap seemed like a luxury but now we find it incredibly useful if for filling up a hot water bottle or making a quick cup of tea. We live in a very hard water area so the filtered water is also really useful. Changing the filter is very simple and the water tastes great. The limited amount of contact I have had with customer service has been good and helpful. All ion all a good buy.

Read the reviews before purchasing as they only last just over 12 months ( just outside warranty) crap customer service and inferior parts used. I have had two in the last 3 years both failed then they tell you because you haven’t purchased any filters from them the are not covered ,don’t waste your money

The customer service and aftercare is impeccable. Every effort was made to ensure we had the perfect fit and finish of our tap including a number of additional parts being sent free of charge. I found the team always available to answer the phone and help with any questions. Thank you again. Very happy with our 4-in-1 tap.

Unfortunately I can't leave zero stars... Dreadful customer service. My boiling tap started to spew boiling water after being switched off - I contacted customer services and sent videos and all the info they asked for. Hanstrom said I needed a new tap, then wanted me to pay £150 towards a replacement, which I challenged. They said they would sort it out and get back to me but I never heard anything back so I posted a negative review. Hanstrom replied on Trustpilot, asking me to ring them, I did, and they apologised, saying they'd sort it out. They didnt. I contacted them again and they didnt appear to know what I was talking about. I felt like I was being gaslighted. They then accused me of not changing the filters (I had). They said they would get back to me. Guess what.... they didnt. My tap is still pouring out boiling water when I switch it off. Please just avoid them- the issue with my tap is downright dangerous and they have done nothing. Faults can happen with anything- its how the company manages it that matters.

Bought 4 in 1 tap and had some issues with the tap but the gents has given a great customer service and offered to change the whole product including the boiler and the problem was solved without an issue. Right now I'm loving it.

I bought this hot water tap and boiler on my uncle's recommendation, after he installed one in his new kitchen. My dad and I both invested in one too. Within two years, all three units had failed — despite following the maintenance guidelines closely the whole time. Three units, all from the same recommendation chain, all failing just after warranty, is not a coincidence. This points to a clear product fault rather than user error or bad luck. When I raised this with customer service, rather than acknowledging the pattern, I was simply offered a "discounted" replacement at £99.99 — paying again for a product that's already proven it won't last. When I pushed back and explained that three failures across one household pointed to a fault rather than bad luck, I was told £100 was their best offer and that this was a "substantial discount." No real acknowledgement of the underlying issue, and no meaningful resolution offered beyond asking me to pay for the same unreliable unit again. If you're considering this product, factor in not just the likelihood of it failing within a couple of years, but also how the company handles it when it does. I wouldn't recommend this product or this level of customer service.

Aisha Patel you as the Director need to do better! you are listed as the director?? 2.boilers in 2 years that have failed... my £10 kettle.lasted years! funny how you have a years warrenty and that is exactly.when they fail? all thi looks like is you scamming people to have to spend money with you every year rather than replace the whole tap! you have so many reviews of people with the same issue yet you seem.to let this continue! whats more...my emails are not being replied too.. This needs taking further to trading standards! it is not acceptable... your reviews clearly show your lack of remorse here!

Broken boiler seems to be recurring issue... unfortunately customer service is also hopeless!!! We were very pleased with our tap to start with... but unfortunately it's turned into a bit of a nightmare. Don't waste your money and time. We've been trying to get ours fixed for about 3 months now and the latest we got was that the company would send us a new boiler if we contributed £50 as 'refundable security deposit' to ensure we sent back the old one. An odd request, which we would be happy to do, if only they send us the invoice... at this point I'm thinking they're trying to delay until the warranty expires (we have another 6 months...)
